There are a few ways to get your MetaTrader trades into EquityLog - pick whichever suits you!

- MetaTrader Sync (recommended): a small read-only add-on for your terminal that uploads your history automatically over an encrypted connection.

- Statement upload: export a report from your terminal and upload the file on the Import page.

- FTP auto-sync: the older method. Still supported, but the transfer isn't encrypted, so we don't recommend it any more.

Choose MetaTrader Sync if you want your journal to keep itself up to date. Statement upload is perfect for a one-off catch-up on older trades.
