1. Acceptance of Terms

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides tools for tracking, analyzing, and managing information. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment, software, and internet access necessary to use the Service.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for charges resulting from failure to cancel a subscription prior to renewal.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

14. Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
